These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ListingInfra platform and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by VITYMOBI SYSTEMS LIMITED ("ListingInfra", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@listinginfra.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we believe information provided is inaccurate or where these Terms are violated.
ListingInfra provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables real estate professionals to create and manage property listing websites. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have selected.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Refunds. If you are dissatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without refund.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant ListingInfra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and reproduce Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
The Service, including its design, software, logos, and text (excluding Your Content), is owned by VITYMOBI SYSTEMS LIMITED and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written consent.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, mapping tools). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ListingInfra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold ListingInfra harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@listinginfra.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete Your Content after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@listinginfra.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
